Terms of Sale

1. Seller

The seller is Magic Heidi AG, Route de Vaux 1, 1126 Vaux, Switzerland (UID CHE-215.620.945). Full details are in the Imprint.

2. Product

The product sold on this site is a 12-month license for Magic Heidi, granting one user full access to all features across all supported platforms (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and the web app).

3. Price and payment

• The price is CHF 299.00 as a one-time payment. Swiss VAT is included where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never receive or store your card details.
• A receipt is emailed automatically by Stripe once the payment succeeds.

4. Contract and delivery

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. Delivery is digital and immediate: the license is activated for the email address given at checkout. No physical goods are shipped.

5. Term and renewal

The license runs for 12 months from activation. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged again. After 12 months, access ends unless a new license is purchased.

7. Use of the software

A license is for one user. Use of the Magic Heidi application itself is governed by our full Terms of Service.

8. Liability

Magic Heidi is a tool for preparing invoices and bookkeeping records. It does not constitute tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your filings. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

9. Governing law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Magic Heidi AG, to the extent permitted by law.
