30-day money-back guarantee

If Magic Heidi is not the right fit, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@magicheidi.ch from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your Stripe receipt number if you have it — it speeds things up, but it is not required.
• We confirm by email, usually within one business day.
• The refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Digital delivery — no shipping

This is a digital product. There is nothing to ship and no shipping cost. Right after payment we activate a 12-month license for the email address you used at checkout; you sign in to Magic Heidi with that email on any device (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, web).

If your license is not active within a few minutes of paying, email us and we will fix it immediately.

After a refund

The license is deactivated once the refund is issued. Your data stays in your account and can be exported at any time before deactivation, or on request afterwards.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. This is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no auto-renewal. The license simply expires after 12 months unless you choose to buy another year.
